CONDITIONS:
The Great Bear Inn - Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.We do not allow pets. All accommodations require a deposit of 50% by credit card payable at the time of reservation. The balance of 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be automatically processed for the balance at that time.
ALL RESERVATIONS taken within 30 days of your stay require the full payment. Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. Notification must be given at least 45 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a 25% cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations may be made by e-mail or by phone. Reservations made less than 36 hours of arrival time may be subject to rates not including dinner.
The Great Bear Inn reserves the right to either upgrade or refund the dinner value per night if the total number of guests does not exceed four. There are no discounts permitted for travel agents or clients when booked through National Park Reservations.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Great Bear Inn and its personnel shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or properties.
